Theodore E. Gildred
Founder & Chairman of the Board

Mr. Gildred has created a successful network of privately held real estate holding and development companies while actively attaining a number of other milestones. He served as the U.S. Ambassador to Argentina from 1986-1989 under both the Reagan and Bush Administrations. Mr. Gildred was instrumental in founding the Institute of the Americas at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). He also serves on the Board of Directors of North American Airlines and the Graduate School of International Relations and Pacific Studies at UCSD. Mr. Gildred continues to travel extensively as president of the InterAmericana Group, a consulting firm specializing in the development of business opportunities throughout the Americas.
Theodore E. Gildred III
Ted continues the strong leadership founded by his father through his extensive experience in the real estate sector as both an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and as a former Vice President of Property Management with the Lomas Santa Fe Group. His background includes being a member of the Morgan Stanley European acquisition team with in depth experience in valuation, structuring and financing of prospective acquisition portfolios along with REIT M&A transactions. Ted holds a B.A. in History from Stanford University and an MBA in International Business and Finance from Columbia University.
Donald G. Stratford
Director of Financial Development
Don's charter is that of developing the financial and administrative infrastructure that will be necessary to support the tremendous growth the company expects in the 21st century. He is also committed to providing shareholders, investment partners and lending institutions with timely, accurate and reliable financial information. Prior to joining our team, Don was Vice-President/Corporate Controller at Sterling Pacific Assets where his real estate finance and accounting expertise flourished while responsible for over 75 real estate corporations and partnerships. Don graduated from Golden Gate University with a B.S. degree in Accounting and has 10 years of public accounting with such notable firms as Deloitte and Touche.
Gaylon Neustel
Vice President Operations

Gaylon has been with the Lomas Santa Fe Group for over seven years. Some of the projects that he has been involved in are the development and construction of 47 single-family homes, an 18-acre industrial park facility and the repositioning of a 10,000 sq. ft. restaurant site into a surgery center. Gaylon's knowledge and problem-solving abilities make him an extremely valuable asset to the Lomas Santa Fe Group. He is currently responsible for the management and day-to-day operations of the Lomas Santa Fe Group's portfolio of commercial properties, to include: lease negotiations, tenant improvements, and acquisitions and dispositions. Gaylon is a current member of the following real estate organizations, D.R.E., NAIOP, ULI, and BOMA.
